The Industrial Air Products IA-C Custom Unit can be applied to many functions. These units are built to rigid industrial standards to far outlast conventional air handling units. The single or double wall bolted or all welded construction utilizes the same unit sizing concepts as the Clima-Cell® unit. The IA-C custom unit is designed for specific Industrial applications, incorporates corrosion resistant materials and the highest grade of industrial components to provide the owner years of reliable service at a true value. Severe Duty Installations: The IA-C unit can be configured for use in a severe environment with special corrosion resistant materials, finishes and components or designed or rugged duty with heavy gauge casing construction . Filtration: The design of these units allow for filtration applications such as dry particle dust and lint. They may also be used in the removal of oil mist or noxious and toxic gases. The unit is configured to fit factory fabricated or vendor furnished filter packages. These packages include but are not limited to: V-Cells, bags, roll filters, cartridges, HEPA, electrostatic precipitators, mist eliminators, odor adsorption, spray washers and scrubbers Ovens and Curing Processes: Bolted single wall insulated or non-insulated units may be used for ovens or curing tunnels in manufacturing processes. Gas burners, electric heaters, steam, water coils, humidification and dehumidification packages are available.
